Video Production

Brief

To help promote Alan Commitie’s comedy show, Happily Ever Laughter through digital media, with a time limit of no longer than 4 minutes.

Solution

  • We went in with the idea of shooting the interviews with the cast members to provide a narrative for the brief clips of the live performances. The narrative would provide enough information about the show, yet leaving enough intrigue and interest to get people to want to purchase a ticket and see the show at the venue.
  • Music is a strong element in a video and by capturing one of the songs performed on the night, we were able to use this as a background bed for the interviews and cuts of the live performances, whilst keeping costs down on library music.

Results

Both the client and viewers of the video were happy with the content and total viewing time, allowing broad access to potential customers with access to view digital media.
